SURR DIGITAL provides content marketing and social media strategy services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
03 — Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SURR DIGITAL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
04 — Limitation of Liability
SURR DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
05 — Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
